Build confidence • Deepen practice • Bring music into your everyday ELSA sessions

  • Tuesday 24th March, 1:00–3:00pm – Bovington Academy (BH20 6LE)

Our Level 1 course expands on the music‑and‑wellbeing content introduced during ELSA training and forms part of the Music in Citizenship (MiC) framework, developed by Dorset Music Service (Pili Lopez) and Leeds Beckett University (Dr Tenley Martin).

In this 2‑hour session, ELSAs will discover how music can:

  • support emotional expression
  • help pupils manage and regulate feelings
  • boost mood and motivation
  • create calm, connection, and positive relationships

This training is open to all ELSAs, including those who did not receive music‑wellbeing content during their initial course.

Cost: £40 per person (state schools/settings), £80 (independent sector).
